acoustic slab system) TASS is a lightweight, quick to
erect, thermal and sound insulating suspended slab system.
Its design principles are based on concrete coffer slab
design. TASS is made available to market through a network

is a walling system based on the internationally known
systems referred to as either LCFs (lightweight concrete

is made of hollow EPS blocks that lock together and are
filled with reinforced concrete which provides the wall
structure. The EPS stays in place acting as a thermal
insulator for the building.Polyblock is Agrément

· TUFS is a system comprising 40mm thick tongue

a range of interior cornice products.· Polytile

a consortium consisting of the Buildcraft Group, RMB Corvest

Alububble® originated
in Europe and was first introduced into South Africa in

The extrusion plant was

of IsoBoard insulation produced.

Pretoria, Johannesburg, Cape Town, and Durban, with distribution
warehouses in Bloemfontein, George and Port Elizabeth.
IsoBoard Thermal Insulation
can be installed in a variety of applications such as
agricultural, commercial, retail developments and residential.
The board is suitable for installation over steel purlins
and wooden rafters, as an inverted roof, within cavity
walls, as ceilings and under surface beds. The characteristics
of IsoBoard which make these applications possible are
the different thicknesses and lengths in which the board
is available, the compressive strength and spanning capability
of the board, its ease of handling and installation, and
its high resistance to moisture transfer. As for the threat
of fire, IsoBoard is classified as B/B1/2/H&V, which
means it can be used for any building application except
those where non-combustibility is prescribed by law, such
as oil refineries.
IsoBoard has Agre’ment
Board Certification for four applications, with a fifth
assessment in progress. Details of specific installations
are available on our website, though Autospec and Specifile,
as well as the Agre’ment Certificates and company
brochures. The cost effectiveness of installing IsoBoard
is demonstrated by the Billcost Cost Estimation software.

are manufactured from recycled PET Plastic, which in turn
makes our products 100% eco-friendly. Our products
consist of polyester fibre rolls of excellent grade and
loft, manufactured in varying weights and thicknesses
according to customer requirements. We manufacture ceiling
and acoustic insulation for the construction industry,
available in various densities and weights.
Our ceiling insulation has been tested by the SABS and
all facets comply with the relevant product standard and
our products will shortly bear the SABS Mark of Approval.
In addition the Company still manufactures
compressed fibre pads of specific weight and compression
for the mattress, quilting and bedding industry, which
